I was unable to check in. The hotel didn't allow pets. I paid for 8 days in advance and did not get any of my money back. I also paid for the insurance through Expedia just in case something like this happened. I lost all my money. Won't be doing this again. I had to pay for the 8 days at another hotel 😒

The check in service was extremely pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the AC was working properly and was comfortable. Only 2 things I found issues with one the TV had these dots on the screen, it wasn’t from tv I believe it was provider end. Just because it was also happening at a separate screen miles away. The other no do not disturb sign to be found Would stay again and recommend to others.
