Come in this beautiful Tradewinds unit and enjoy the Southwest Florida lifestyle. 2 bed 2 bath beachfront condo offering an open, split floor plan, this unit is terrific for anyone looking to escape the cold. The open kitchen is great for entertaining family and friends. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Flatscreen tv in the living room. Queen bed in the master bedroom and bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
2nd bedroom recently added 2 twin beds and bathroom offers a tub/shower combo type setup. The unit boasts delightful island views. Covered parking space comes with the condo rental.

This beachfront complex has terrific amenities including a large pool, fantastic outside sitting area, a recently redone lobby and outside grills.

Just steps away from the soft white sandy beaches Marco Island is so famous for.

-Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee

-Application required by building to be submitted with reservation for approval. Please allow minimum 10 days. Application fee to accompany the application when submitting, is currently $150 (subject to change)
