The lady at check in was nice. The lobby looked great but after that it was all downhill. Elevator felt very unsafe, slow and made noise. Carpets were dirty and ripped in the hallways. The rooms smelled and overall the property other than the lobby was in terrible conditions. Property is really run down and needs many upgrades.

This was not a terrible option on a budget. The location was the most appealing part. Very easy check-in and check-out. Amenities are outdated as expected, but it worked well enough for a four night Tucson trip. One annoying aspect was having to request room service after not receiving any after 3 nights. Expect some mildew and mold in your bathroom here; I would recommend bringing shower shoes/flip flops.

Property was good enough for our one night stay. We needed to be close to the Arizona Theatre Co. for a show. The breakfast could have been a bit more organized, we arrived at 9:10. Most of the food items were completely empty and it seemed as if it took them awhile to replenish. I did not use the toaster but over heard another person complaining that it wasn't really heating up the bread. Also the waffle maker was a hit or miss if the timer actually worked. I just keep my eye on it and the waffle was delicious.

Web site promised cookies - not available; didn't get room with view of northern mountains as promised when I booked months ago; request 10 additional hangers, brought 3; no exhaust fan in bathroom; carpets in hallways need replacement; only 1 of 3 electric plugs on lamps worked; they say clean every 3 days - had to call desk on 4th days, both times to get done; Many years ago this franchise was upper level motel, no longer. My last stay in one!!!!

2-Star Room, Maybe Other Rooms Were Better

Definitely a 2-star hotel. Our room was very light all night because the drapes weren't wide enough to cover the entire window. They covered about half of the window and there was a security light on the outside wall, so very bright. The shower was also only about half as wide as it should have been. The bathroom didn't have a fan and the mirror frame seemed to have a black mold growing on it. However, the room was extremely quiet, probably the quietest budget hotel we have ever stayed in. We chose the hotel based on proximity to the attraction we were visiting. Would we stay there again? Not if we didn't need to. But it was blissfully quiet!

Excellent staff. Breakfast was good but short staffed. Lamp was broken, no towel rack, had to ask for towels twice during our 10 day stay, toilet paper holder broken off the wall. Room needed vacuuming and there were stains on the bathroom walls. Thought that a Wyndham property would be of higher quality.

First, the staff were very nice and helpful. We were surprised by how old and run down the property was. It was generally clean but not a lot you can do with a property that run down. Location was pretty convenient. Breakfast was inconsistent, sometimes there was yogurt, sometimes not. Same with things like honey. No one wiped down the used tables, no tongs for the bread/ bagels so hands just reach in. The key card kept quitting. Also none of the room safes operated. I expected no frills for the price but was surprised by the condition of the hotel.
