The website said that there was free airport transportation. That is why I specifically chose this hotel. However when I got there I was told that they have a modified schedule and would not be able to take me to the airport. I had to pay an additional $22.00 to get my own transportation to take me 4.3 miles.

There was a miscommunication problem . I had canceled this reservation but when I talked to the office, they resolved my problem right away. I will certainly stay there in the future. They were so pleasant to deal with !
