Reserved the junior suite with 2 queen beds, couch, etc. The junior suites are only located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We got bumped to their smaller rooms with 2 double beds. No compensation was offered for the cost difference. They could have at least offered free breakfast for the lack of accommodations for physically disabled persons.

Room was clean. The heater was obnoxious. Squeaked like an old haunted house door every single time it turned off. Staff was not overly friendly at breakfast, except for greeter Ann. Views are spectacular.
