"I really loved this hotel! BUT there was only one problem… the hot tub was NOT maintained! It was green. It’s not that big so it should’ve been easy to change the water, but it was left to turn green. The kids had a blast in the pool which looked clean, but us parents were not able to utilize the hot tub. It was upsetting. Obviously the staff responsible was not doing their job. Other than that, it was a great place. I would like to come back but they would have to show me pictures of the hot tub."

"The room had leftover trash from previous guests. Our kid hit a light fixture on the ceiling with a POOL NOODLE, like tapped it and it fell and shattered everywhere. They charged us for the light fixture they planned on replacing with their new fixtures anyway 😡 The staff was great at cleanup and urgency, however, if they are replacing them anyway (and now I know why), why charge your guest for the old one you're throwing away anyway?!?! Not to mention, the slide has specific hrs when its open and even when we were there in those hours, slide was closed. You should let your guests know ahead of time, its a lot of money. We wont be returning"
