The property appears to have been recently remodeled. They have done a nice job making it look more modern and the premises are quiet. But the rooms are small and the layout is not appealing. There is no closet and the bathroom sink is in the living area and separate from the toilet and shower. That is an inconvenience that could have been addressed with a better thought out remodel. The beds are very comfortable. And much to our surprise, the breakfast was quite good. The front desk staff is very friendly and courteous. Overall, a positive experience despite the shortcomings I noted.

Gem in Great Falls

I was really impressed with this hotel. The Check-in process was easy, and the staff was so friendly. We ordered our breakfast at Check-in and it is delivered to the room at our designated time in the morning. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

I honestly don’t think I will ever stay anywhere else in GF. Staff is amazing, rooms are clean, nice, comfortable and perfectly appointed. They deliver freshly baked cookies and milk at night. Coffee is high quality. And the fact they partner with Crooked Tree Bakery down the street is the cherry on top.

Without a doubt the nicest place I have ever stayed. Clean all throughout the hotel. Lots of complimentary extras that make this hotel go above and beyond the average hotel. Johnny was a great help in getting some details worked out during my stay but overall the entire staff was excellent.
