Overall ok but outside of town and not very scenic overlooking car park and yard. Late check in time but nice pool and limited breakfast

Safe parking. Stayed for 5 days and they placed in a handcapped room next to the pool. As such, noisy and vanity mirrors situated at waist level for someone in a wheelchair. If I did not request a handicapped room, please don't put me in one.

We moved rooms 3 times due to foul smells in each room and non working tv. We went and bought room deodorizer to help with the smell. We had to stay multiple times during our stay to help with the smell. The shower in the first room had mold around the edges and lots of hair leftover from other guests. There were dogs barking in the hotel and just was not a pleasant stay. We will not be back to this Great Falls property. We love the location in Jerome Idaho, but this one was very poor.

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Checkin was quick and easy, and they were very friendly. Hotel was cean but coulld use some updates. Bed was a little hard but the hotel was quiet.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ran a UV light over everything and was pleased to see everything was in order. I had a problem getting the WiFi to work and the gentleman on the front desk was very friendly and efficient in helping me resolve the issue. And I must confess the problem was a misunderstanding on my part and not with the facility. Overall a pleasant stay and I would recommend them.
