Property was very dirty. Door on both bathroom and entry did not work properly. Did not have safety flip latch for door it was broken off. Handle on the bathroom door was falling off. The dirty pillow cases from last guests were on bed. One pillow for two beds. Had to go get Pillow and new pillow cases. Floor and tub very dirty. We travel quite a bit and this has been the worst experience and conditions I’ve seen. The one plus. The gentleman at the front counter was amazing. Felt bad for him. So many guests complaining.

The shower didn't work in the first room so I they moved me to another room. That room the bathroom smelled of dog urine terribly. I cancelled my reservation to stay there for 2 more nights and only got refunded for one of the nights. I'm very disappointed and I hope at least they used my money to sterilize the bathroom for the next guests.

The customer service was great! Quick, easy and friendly. Our room was fairly clean for being pet friendly and as a pet owner, it is hard to keep up with that stuff. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but people obviously smoked in it and the smell was pretty bad. The AC was turned way up to try and cover it and it got really muggy. It wasn’t terrible for a quick stay!

Upon checking in we had the nicest girl greet us. Being smokers, she put us in a room closest to the front door for easy access. She was polite and very friendly. She made our stay very comforting. My only concern was the beds. They could definitely get new beds in there. Overall 4.5/5.
