Multiple things were not as stated in description. Pool and Hot were not available for use. Breakfast & Full Menu dining was not available as stated for use. Breakfast only consisted of muffins, toast, sausage links, eggs, coffee, juice and cold cereal. Carpets in halls were wrinkled and creating a trip hazard. One entire wing had no hot water for showers and heard older church group shrieking from their cold showers. We all will get the same answer as this was just a fluke or they are working on it. We will never stay here again nor recommend it. 👎👎👎👎

Check-in was quick and the staff member was friendly. Our room was simple and cozy. The corners could have used some vacuuming but the bathroom was very clean. Its a huge hotel with a lot going on but we would definitely stay again.

The hotel needs some polish! Carpets/paint. The toilet pressure buzzed every 3 hours so it was difficult to sleep. The cards to open the doors to enter the building near your room didn’t work. I told the front desk and they said they will look into it. Patronized!! The shower was poor!!
