Just not that great

This isn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed at…..but, it wasn’t great either. The only staff that talked to me was the girl who checked us in, and a cleaning crew person. That was on day one. Rest of the days nothing. Room was somewhat clean, but the smell of the room smelled like old stale cigarettes. We made due tho.

The breakfast staff were very efficient in keeping food stocked and ready. Maintenance not the best... toilet seat needed tightening, elevator worked but sounded like it was in its last days... carpet worm and old and stained in halls... room and hall attention vacuumed well... cleaning spray had been left behind in room... refrigerator worked, but had a smell and an exposed wire hanging in the rear, inside top left corner.

So initially the room we booked wasn’t what we were put into. Then it had also been slept in and not cleaned. We went down to the front desk and were quickly put into a different room which we were told was an upgrade. The room we initially booked. This one had been cleaned by housekeeping they say. The shower is grungy and not cleaned properly and the bed smelt like an ashtray. Staff at the front desk were helpful and great but not a place I would stay again

Was traveling through and staying here was a breeze. Lots of choices locally for food but i was happy to eat breakfast there. Straight forward and simple stay... just what was needed
