"Honestly, the overall state wasn’t terrible. The only thing that makes it not as enjoyable is the staff at the check-in booth first of all they act so entitled and it’s hard to understand why your receptionist at a hotel act like you wanna be there. Typically this hotel offers a welcome cocktail coupon when you book through Expedia and they also give you 20%. However, these were not given to me when typically they offer them. I had to ask and even when I asked, they’re reluctant to give me the 20%. When I asked for the welcome cocktail, they said that my reservation didn’t included. When I went to go steal my parking ticket I asked again and luckily the assistant manager was there, and he told me that it was included in my reservation however, upon my initial check-in, I was told it wasn’t. At the end of the day, assistant manager made it right, but even then that’s not good. Customer service if I have to ask multiple people. Just be aware if Humberto helps you and the girl with glasses and blonde curly hair. Her name is Ari or Abby. Her especially she’s not the most welcoming."

"Facility and amenities are good, standard rooms need a lot of TLC, bed was in bad shape and so uncomfortable very creaky with minor movement, room was smelly like dirty linens and one of the walls was stained with dark liquids, Water went off and we had to call reception to get it fixed, response was fast. Staff was very friendly. Take that to consideration before booking a standard room,"
