This hotel is pretty gross. The front doors are broken/don’t slide closed automatically. I’m not sure if they finished cleaning our room before we checked in. The beds were made, but the bathroom was dirty. Housekeeping came by our room and opened the door twice, but didn’t say that they needed to clean, nor did they offer to move us to another room that was finished. Breakfast was limited, and the food they did have on offer was over cooked. The pool was alright but I’m not sure how clean it was. The covered atrium made the patio area very hot. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

Well this is the 3rd time in a row something was wrong . The previous 2 times there were no towels or soap and my room wasn’t ready. This time despite checking in about 7:45 pm my room had no linen or bedsheets. I was ok with that because I had somewhere to go so I said that was ok as long as I had my sheets when I came back. So when I got back at 2 AM I had to switch rooms and there were no towels and or soap . So was unable to take a shower . This is again totally unacceptable

I was charged on my credit card for my room. While I was about to go to sleep the front desk called me at 11pm to come to the front desk. I got dressed and went to the front desk. The person their said there was a problem with the charges and that they needed my credit card again. I gave him my credit card and he swiped my card for charges for my one night room stay. A few days later I look at my credit card. I was charged by the hotel and by travelocity for my hotel stay. I am not happy that they did that and I will be disputing the charge by the hotel. They can get paid by travelocity.

The property is very run down and the staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. We were assigned a room but when we went to get in with our key it was locked from the latch at the top from the inside. We told the front desk staff. Without apologizing or giving and explanation she just assigned us to another room. The phones don’t work and there is a large hole in the bathroom wall from someone opening the door too hard.

It's tired looking, worn. Carpet needs replacement or at least cleaned. The security latch was broken on the door.
