Hassle free vacation

Had an amazing time at the hotel. Stayed there With cousins and friends for my 40th birthday. The staff were attentive. The amenities were wonderful. We were upgraded to the presidential suite with a balcony with view to the ocean. It was wonderful. Definitely worth it.

Perfect location to experience Cabo.

Pros: It is an older property, but well maintained.
Cons: There is limited evening entertainment - but that worked for us. The downtown area is walking distance from the resort,
Location: The rock, arch, marina and downtown are nearby.
The Pueblo Bonito Rose has a sister resort right next door. All inclusive packages allow you to eat at restaurants at both locations as well at Pueblo Bonito Sunset on the Pacific coast. Free shuttle service is available. There is a big sales pitch for attending a time share presentation at the Sunset location. If you don't mind spending 90 plus minutes of your time - just touring the resort and seeing the area is almost worth the time. They will also provide you with $300 worth of resort or excursion credit for sitting in on the presentation. ( it is a hard sell presentation). We took in whale watching for free (which was amazing) and used remaining money for some up-charges at the resort restaurants. The food was amazing at multiple restaurants.

Rose' All Inclusive

Pros: Service / Restaurants choices
Location: Plenty to do near by, both on the water and off.
It was a pleasure relaxing by the pool or open water, both with staff service. The all inclusive allowed us access to the other 2 related hotels giving us a variety of eating choices and transportation to the pacific side. The entertainment on Saturday night was fun too.

1st trip to Cabo

Pros: That they offer shuttle service between their sister hotels.
Cons: Housekeeping.
Location: Close to town and the beaches are very nice.
Nice hotel and majority of the staff are very nice. Transportation available between their sister hotels are excellent. Food at the Sunset is very good. Outdoor eating at the Rose would have been better if it weren't for flies. One unusual experience is that we had to call house keeping almost everyday in order for them to clean our room and leave clean towels. As for towel, they either forget to leave them or leave only enough for two guest when we had four in our party.

Good location, needs to be renovated

Check in process was slow and had to talk to a time share person in order to get towel cards which was irritating. Shower can use long curtains as the water would spill over making the floors messy and water pressure was extremely low. No sofa to sit inside the hotel room. Our biggest complaint was not being to get coffee in the afternoons and evenings. Also wait time at restaurant was excruciatingly. Choice of food is limited during lunch and dinner, breakfast is excellent. Excellent location but the hotel needs to be updated as it seems dated bit. Pools and access to beach is plus

Close to the beach

Read the fine print 72 hrs before you leave. There is a clear disconnect between travelocity and the hotel. View is amazing.

The hotel location is excellent

Pros: The location is excellent
Cons: The rooms need to be updated
Location: Location excellent, walking distance to great restaurants and the town
Te hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation inside. I've been going to Peublo Bonito Rose and Blanco for years and the rooms are the same. I had a bad experience this year at Rose, check-in was disastrous, then I had my expensive Dior sunglasses stolen and management took no responsibility for it, in fact they did nothing about it, they didn't even bother getting back to me. I am seriously in two minds thinking about ever going back there.

Fun Getaway

My boyfriend and I stayed here for five out of the six nights we booked (we missed our flight here - grrrr!) We stayed the middle of October over a weekend through mid week. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to turn the two queen beds into the largest king you'll ever see. It was decently comfortable. It was convienent to have large fridge, we only used the silverware in the kitchenette. If we didn't do the all inclusive I'm sure we would've taken advantage of it more. The bathroom was simple and neat. The water pressure in the shower was the only thing no bueno to me. I have thick hair so it took awhile to wash out the shampoo. Besides that, the beach was amazing, the service at the beach and the bars were great. This is not the place if you're a foodie looking to find the next amazing meal. All the food was just basic. Randomly enough, my bf raved about the oatmeal for days. This hotel had a great location to the beach, within steps, which is perfect for us.

Wow! What an amazing resort!

Location: Beautiful beachfront location with breathtaking views of the entire rock formations in the distance.
The room was clean, in fact the entire resort was immaculate. All staff was so welcoming. Every interaction was met with a smile. All inclusive is the way to go.
