This property is exactly as advertised, very clean, spacious, the property manager is extremely helpful and the property is close enough to town to walk. There are four outside areas to take advantage of with one being the wonderful pool area. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic house and Location

First and foremost, Juan the property manger does an amazing job having the house ready for your arrival. Juan had groceries, massage appointments, airport transfers organized and even loaned us his personal cooler and speaker. Rooms are cool and comfortable. The living area being separate from the bedrooms allows guests to stay up late or get up early without disturbing other people in your party. Lastly, being just steps out of pedregal to get to the marina and restaurant area is fantastic, no taxis and no pedregal hill climbing.

Great location -

The house was well suited for our family with adult kids. Large kitchen, dining and living room with a nice view was perfect for our needs. It was located close to one of the gated exits and was just a short walk into town. We had great chefs that cooked for us and the concierge service was very attentive to our requests.

Fantastic Home and Location

The home was beautiful and had amazing views and we were able to walk everywhere because it had a great location. The management team was very accommodating and responsive; they coordinated with me weeks in advanced and continued to help us while we were there.

Very good communication from Barbara, Juan and JD. Great location, easy walk to town and the Marina (my 84 year old mom made it back and forth to town, even with a fair number of stairs ( at the house), she just took a pause here and there. Safe, clean and tons of fun. Loved the Zodiac whale watching JD scheduled for us as well as the Cabo Escape “snorkeling” trip. The boat ride, whale watching, food, cheap booze and the crew were better than the snorkeling part though. It’s definitely a party boat. Really enjoyed Maros which was about a 5 minute walk down the hill. Also a very convenient little grocery store about 3-4 minutes down the hill.

Excellent Stay

Property overall was awesome!! Very clean, great views, property manager was excellent, great location. My 73 year old Dad was with us and he made the walk (with a cane) to and from town on a daily basis. The only issue we had was this property is about 200 yards from the service gate, which you are allowed to use while its open until 7pm, but after 7pm if have to use a card that the property manager gives you. The issue is if your walking, your group has to stay together or someone has to walk to the gate from the house to let you in with the ONE gate card you get. If you have a car, this would not be and issue, because you can drive to the main gate. The main gate is probably 3/4 of a mile from the house up and down hills, so would be quite the walk/hike. Like I said though, overall an awesome stay!!

Conveniently located, affordable and comfortable.

The property has 3 en suite bedrooms. The master is spacious with a lively sitting area. The property was clean and stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffeemaker and blender. The pool was well maintained with lounge chairs. And there were 4 different terraces. The house manager, Juan, and his wife, were lovely and accommodating. The location was walking distance to town and restaurants. I only have one constructive bit of advice. The property needs to be upgraded just a bit. The door to bedroom one didn’t close well, leaving a space at the top and bottom for bugs to enter. The main door off of the kitchen and living room didn’t work properly, making it difficult to open and close. One dresser drawer in bedroom 1 didn’t close all the way unless you pulled it completely out and fussed with it. The oven didn’t work because the pilot light was completely out. These were all minor conveniences and overall the property was good. Thank you Barbara and Juan!

Fabulous time at Casa Flamingo

Casa Flamingo is amazing! The views are stunning from every lanai. The property has everything you need for a great vacation. You are walking distance to the marina, shopping, dinning, and so much more, but still far enough away that you don't feel like you are right in town. You have small markets close by for basics if needed. Some of the best restaurants are just down the hill. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the local property manager/concierge were so accommodating. If you are going to Cabo stay at Casa Flamingo - you wont be disappointed!!

Beautiful property in a great location

We booked this property for a girls trip to celebrate my 30th birthday. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space. The pictures really don’t do the house justice. The pool and view were absolutely stunning. The host provided a ton of recommendations and we used their concierge service to help us book a private chef, sunset cruise, transportation, and a variety of other services. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe. Would definitely recommend and rebook if planning a trip back to Cabo.

Best Bachelorette Weekend!

Just had the best Weekend at casa flamingo! 5 girls for a bachelorette party, the house was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Communication was great, the concierge service was awesome. I had them pre stock the house W food and alcohol, decorate for the bach party and hired a chef one night! We also booked a yacht one of the days and the boat/service as awesome! Felt safe in pedregal. The house was separated a bit with different rooms but perfect for a couples trip as well! Definitely recommend staying at casa flamingo on your next trip!

Great house/location

The house is set up very thoughtfully to comfortably accommodate multiple parties. It’s whimsically decorated, clean, and spacious. Beware, there are many steps throughout the property since it’s built into the hill, including steps up into the rooms/bathroom, down into the shower, etc. It wasn’t a problem for me, but another one of my guests missed a step at one point.

Fantastic house, great experience, great location - very quick walk to main part of town. Great communication by the owner, super-smooth and low touch pre-stay process. We were given all the details/options needed & didn’t feel the need to request additional info. Juan the property manager was very accommodating and always available. Inclusion of cleaning service during the stay added to the bottom line cost, but it was a welcome detail and very nice touch. Would definitely return. Thank you Barbra & team!

What a Place!

This house was amazing. The main area was very open and lots of room for all of us to get together. The bedrooms were very nice, they gave us all privacy and nicely decorated. The pool deck and hot tub have amazing views. What a great location and well maintained home. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property and location!

This property was everything that was promised and more. We would absolutely stay here again. The neighborhood is so beautiful and safe. We hired the private chef for two days and our food was spectacular. Totally worth every penny!! We took advantage of the pre-stock service, which was so helpful when we arrived late and tired. We had two kids under the age of 12 with us and the pool/property were everything they needed to be entertained. We had to force them to leave to do other activities. The house is in a great location that is walking distance to downtown. One of the best places we have ever rented and the staff was so friendly and easy to work with.

AMAZING HOME, STAFF AND LOCATION

We couldn't have asked for better of anything! Perfect home, Staff (JD and Juan) or location! Met all of our needs plus more! The home is even better in person than the pictures! We have been home less than 24 hours and are already planning our next trip!!
