There is a 2BR studio unit beside which is not part of this rental. It is separate from the main house with its own entrance.
The courtyard is shared with the Studio unit, offering guests tranquility and peace of mind in a completely safe environment throughout their stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home except few closets and cabinets that we have locked.

Showers are not good, 10 mins to get hot water and then you can barely stand up in them from the basin design. Almost nowhere to charge anything. That was very inconvenient.

Love the house. There were 5 adults that stayed in the home and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was very nice and close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Onterio. We will definitely rent the house again when we come back for a visit.

From the start the exchanges with the property manager were easy and informative. The home itself was very accommodating and very - very comforting. Quiet also with lots of parking. Central location was also a bonus. Pretty close to a perfect stay.

We had an overall positive experience at this rental. It is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and was in a good location for our needs. The rental was broom clean (not deep cleaned) upon our arrival. This was not a deal breaker for us, but we did provide some feedback about it to the host toward the end of our stay. Some things to note to future guests: 1) be sure to bring slippers as the floors are all tile - there is no carpet and no area rugs 2) there is a rooster living at a neighboring property - so be prepared to hear crowing at 5 AM3) the interior of the unit is quite small, but provided enough space for three people, more guests would have been crampedAgain - we overall had a good experience.

The house is very clean. All the furniture is clean and well taken care of. I loved the self check-in and check-out. The Wi-Fi is very reliable. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.
