Staff was wonderful. First room tv didn’t work we changed rooms second room had no fan in bathroom shower was run down tv did work. Elevator broke there are two but both didn’t work for a while. Lots of trash in basement garage. We had some guys going up in elevator asking us about are Jeep made us really nervous! For the price you charged us it wasn’t worth it

On 11/7/25, the hotel failed to clean my room after they specifically told me they would. On 11/8, the 4th floor elevator was out of order without notice so I took the stairway which was very isolated, dim, and confusing back to the lobby. on 11/9, the front desk was very rude and hostile when I request a copy of my checkout bill and said they were not allowed to show me anything. I reached out to the Hotel General Manager (Jennifer) for a resolution to these issues and she quickly dismissed the front desk behavior as standard policy.

This place is the best if you want to get away it's quiet peaceful the stuff it's the best the breakfast is the best the location is near to the mall it's just absolutely fantastic the pool is beautiful everything is clean I am so happy and I'm so thankful for the staff and also Expedia for making this little trip the best one yet

I WAS going to give this place a really good review except they charged me $70 for a little bit of bled hair dye on 2 towels. $70 for 2 towels. What a joke. Will never go here again just based on that ridiculousness.

The card reader closest to the room was damaged and after parking nearby, I wasn't able to enter. I had to park near the front. The thermostat was not secured to the wall. Generally speaking, it wasn't a bad stay.
