I got to book in early (for a fee) after my flight from the US and catch up on some sleep. The floor of the bathtub was so far above the floor of the bath room that it was a challenge stepping out of the shower.

Lack of communication and operations management

Very convoluted process of communication between this service and the hotel. i tried to shift the start of my stay one day later and they said there were no rooms available even though i had reserved a room for that time and to go through Hotels.com to organize. Hotels didn't communicate with them at all and told me to simply handle it when i got there. They ended up giving my room away the day before and i had nowhere to stay. Awful communication between everyone involved for a very simple and common occurance.

The room was adequate, but the bathroom cleanliness needed some attention. The shower had stains and the accessible chair paint was peeling and rusted. I ask for my towels to be replaced and additional toilet paper two days in a row.

Nous y avons séjourné la nuit du 31 décembre. Nous sommes arrivés après diner, aux alentours de 22h. Attention, le parking n'est pas juste à coté, et il était plein !! Pas d'autres parkings à proximité. Nous avons tourné un bon moment, et heureusement que c'était férié le lendemain, nous avons pu nous garer dans une rue résidentielle. La chambre est ok, juste le porte savon était bien rouillé :( Sinon le personnel était très gentil, ils nous ont monté nos bagages pendant que cherchions une place . Petit déjeuner très bien aussi

Je recommande vivement cet Hotel ! La chambre etait propre, la literie tres confortable, le personnel sympathique et souriant. Le quartier n'a pas grand interet mais ligne train et bus directes avec l aéroport de Stansted et ligne du métro Victoria à moins de 5 minutes ! Petit plus, l'hotel à un service de conciergerie, vous pouvez récupérer vos valises 24h/24.

Fint hotell, litt skavanker men rene, fine rom. Gode senger, putene kunne vært bedre. Badekar, store, myke håndklær, godt vanntrykk og stabilt varmt vann i dusjen. Lytt fra gangen men stille fra gaten. Veldig hyggelig betjening! Pluss for middagsservering på hotellet og helt grei frokost. Savnet kanskje litt pålegg men det de hadde var veldig godt. Beliggende nært både tog og t-bane. Fint utgangspunkt for fotballkamp i nord-London.
