Reception area was dirty and had stains on the walls behind the desk. The room was not one that was in any of the pictures, and was not matching in cleanliness or order. The bed was not comfortable and there were stains on the ceiling. My wife went to use the restroom only to find out the toilet seat was not attached, and it came off. The bathroom did not have soap. We notified the front desk and asked for our money back, as we were not going to stay there after that. We were initially offered a different room, but we were past that point. I was given this email address to inquire about a refund(reservations@newkentaparts.com), but after two emails since December 30, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them. I would suggest not staying at this hotel.
