GREAT HOTEL GREAT LOCATION

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff in great location.
Cons: Nothing, very comfortable and very good value.
Location: Walking distance to Covent Garden and great pubs and restaurants. Steps away from Holborn underground and from there you can get anywhere in London.
Awesome staff. Awesome room. Awesome location near underground and theater district.

Great location and great value

I was very pleased to enjoy the nice facilities and service for a surprisingly affordable price for London. I had stay a block away for more than 3x the price. While it is not the same luxury, there was nothing lacking for my stay. I will be back.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Very clean and good location.
Location: Near the theaters, British Museum and universities. We were there visiting UCL which is a short walk.
It was hard to find a room that would allow three adults to share, and we really ended up liking this place. The coffee in the lobby with snacks and fruit was a great touch too.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel for the 4 days I stayed in London. Whether it was the free coffee and snacks or how close the hotel was to the main tourist spots, I loved walking out every morning and seeing what London had to offer.

Sophisticated comfort

Pros: Location, amenities, decor, staff
Cons: Figuring out a way to call the elevator that only goes to the 10th floor. We kept getting stuck with floors 1-9 elevator and were staying on floor 10
Location: British Museum
Great hotel. Loved the tea, coffee and biscuits selection in the lobby. And I appreciated they had a business center where I could access a computer and print documents. The room felt a bit small due to the ceiling, slope, but it fit our needs for the trip. USB chargers were a life saver - every hotel should have these. Check out kiosk was a great time saver
