"Tiny but comfortable room"
My single room was quite tiny - twin bed, wardrobe, desk, but no chest of drawers, hair dryer was permanently affixed in the desk drawer and operated from there, very compact bathroom with minimal shelf space for toiletries. However, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. Electronic card key access for elevators as well as room door, and no steps to navigate. At check-in I was offered a glass of water from a decanter with fruit slices floating in it -- very refreshing and appreciated! Staff was cordial and helpful, and the location couldn't be beat: just a few steps away from the Warren station on the Northern and Victoria Underground lines, plus a Sainsbury across the street. Electric kettle, tea supplies that were replenished each day, complimentary bottled water in the room made the stay even better, and I was glad to see dispensers for the nice-smelling toiletries, rather than wasteful individual-size containers. Towels were wonderfully huge and fluffy and there was a heated towel bar that would be appreciated in chillier weather. Plenty of outlets for electrical items and USB charging ports.

Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel

20 Mercer Street, Covent Garden, London - Map
Good Evening, We had a great visit, I called to request a wake up call for the following morning at approx. 1:10, wake up call for 9:15 a.m. The night manager discovered some sort of discrepancy in my booking. There was a double booking made in error reversing my first and last name. The night manager seemed to think that was a concern, he called me back at approx. 1:30 in the morning to clear this up. I asked him if he could take care of it or what should be done, he did not seem to know what to do. After hanging up at this hour knowing I am being charged for two rooms simultaneously, I called back downstairs to see if he had resolved the problem, I said would it be better if I came down to the lobby with my credit cards, he said that would be best. I got dressed got my cards and passports out of the safe and went down to the lobby, (again at approx. 2:00 a.m.) He seemed to then be able to solve the problem and told me my card would be credited. I am just not getting why this happened and why this had to be handled in the middle of the night. We had a fantastic visit and the reception, concierge and cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. We have family living in London and do plan to return. We are sorry this happened. Thank you in advance for your time and attention in this matter. Margaret Hunt , Room 104 Our visit was from Nov. 19 - 25. We also found it quite apauling to pay 2.75lbs for a glass of still water in the restaurant, no bottle or pitcher, one glass

"Nice hotel - watch out for some rooms on 3rd floor"
Nice location, clean room, but room was located over the huge bar on the second floor and it was quite noisy. I called staff and was immediately (like 5 minutes) moved to another room which was much quieter.

"Favorite Hotel in London"
The Andaz is a fantastic hotel on the East End of London next to the Liverpool St train station. The room size, the bed quality, and the restaurant choices are outstanding. The complimentary snacks, Nespresso, and wine hour every day are a very nice touch.

Good location right in the back of St Paul's. Efficient staff especially the bell & concierge service, very knowledgeable & helpful! They went out of their way to make arrangements that worked well for our detour before the airport pickup. Location is convenient & hotel is modern.

"Sensational Hotel!"
Although part of the hotel is not available during renovations, it is a magnificent hotel! The American Bar is charming, the cottage rooms which were once a stable are gorgeous, and the staff is incredible! AND the area is very central.

"Good centrally located hotel"
Radisson Blu is a good centrally located hotel serving both vacation and business travelers. Good location near Marble Arch (Central Line) and short walk to Bond Street (Central / Jubilee) tube stations. Close to Oxford Street one of the main shopping streets in London - just behind Selfridges. Rooms are clean and a good size with the usual flat screen Tv and tea/coffee makers. Excellent buffet breakfast - all such are pricy and this might even be a bit less than normal London prices at 19 pounds each. We had lunch when we arrived and the food, wine and pleasant service were most welcome. The restaurant was usually pretty empty in the evenings but the food was well prepared if not inspired on the evening we eat in. The curry selection I had on room service one evening was really excellent. There are quite a few good restaurants within walking distance and Soho is just 2 tube stops or 15 minutes walk away. Id recommend this hotel to friends and will probably stay there again.
