Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! Worst hotel experience ever! I arrived close to midnight after a concert and found a spider 🕷️ in the room. My daughter was terrified, and although the receptionist removed it using a towel from the bed, the hotel later denied that there had ever been a spider! When I asked to change rooms, I was told there were none available. The only option offered was a “family room” at double the price — an extra £71 on top of my £164 booking! The room itself was awful: wobbly beds, a sideways TV, a tiny bathroom with no toilet roll, and very poor service. When I refused to pay extra, we left at 00:28 and ended up walking near King’s Cross in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable — never again! I have reported this incident to Expedia for further investigation.

The room was small, but warm, and clean. Lots of tea and coffee. A decent sized TV, and blanket for comfort. The bathroom had a powerful shower, and plenty of hot water. Perfect for a one night stay, and only 5 minutes to St Pancras station.

Never will i stay here again

The room was ok.Clean bed sheets ans towels.There was a filthy fan full of dust .Wheere the tea and coffee was .Was really dirty.Unwashed used spoon. Dust on top of the head board Dirty skirting boards Paint drippings over the door handles . Really messy paint job . Very noisy .Could here next door having rudies.

Good budget hotel opposite Argyle Square.

Nice Hotel close to Kings Cross and to Jamboree Music Place minutes away. My room was completely clean and with a comfortable mattress and lovely fluffy towels. Only minus was I was on the 3rd floor with no lifts in Hotel. Receptionist kindly carried my case upstairs for me. The lower price I paid took this problem into account. Overall a good clean friendly convenient budget Hotel. Would recommend.
