There was a problem with the room that I got at first and then they upgraded me to a different room. I was very pleased. Great staff members. I've never been disappointed at this place except for parking because you share it with so many businesses. Breakfast is great a good variety.

The front desk worker came down to the pool area and berated us for eating in the pool area, and we were not eating in the pool area. We had water bottles, that was it. She was extremely rude and way off base. We have stayed here for years and now we never will again.

When I checked in for 2 rooms I made sure that pets were only allowed on the first floor. We were on the third floor and a dog barked and growled all night on our floor. There was also an overwhelming constant smell of pot throughout the hotel. We will not be staying there again.
