Comfortable @ Comfort Inn

A very convenient location near airport. Plenty of parking. Generally clean though the hallways and stairways carpets were in need of a vacuum and cleaning. Breakfast area was very clean and tidy as was the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again when in the area.

The rooms were very outdated and worn. The hallway carpet had bleach stains all over it. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the room had a musty smell. The free breakfast was good with the typical options. Not the best place, but we just needed a clean bed for the stay, so it was fine.

I liked the location too the airport, but it lacked in close dining. I had my 3 towels, the bed and room were very comfortable too. The bathroom could have been a but cleaner.

I booked this hotel with the intention of being able to unwind, relax, and use the hot tub. But once I got there, I found out that the hot tub was cemented over and not available for use anymore. I asked for some sort of discount and was told I had to talk to Hotels.com. Had I known this information beforehand, I would’ve booked with a completely different hotel. I feel I should get some sort of compensation off of my bill for the false advertising, which was not my fault. Thank you.
