The gentleman that checked us in (I'M sorry, I don't remember his name) on Friday 5/20, was able to get our room moved from the 3rd floor to the handicap accessible room on the 1st floor. He was very helpful. Thanks again.

I booked this hotel using travelocity and had the confirmation email and text however the check in person claimed there was not a reservation for us. At first, it seemed he was joking, but was also borderline rude about it. After searching through my email to find the "correct" confirmation code, he confirmed we did in fact have a reservation after several minutes. He also advised to not put our license plate information on the signature form unless we wanted the cops to come knocking since we were from out of town. Overall the rooms were clean, however, may require some updating, the check in person also stated they had horrible breakfast selections because of the department of health requirements, so we opted out of breakfast and went to McDonalds instead. We only were staying for one night, so overall the experience wasn't terrible, however, some front desk lessons in etiquette may be needed as this was our first time staying here and we were made to feel rather uncomfortable during the check in process. We didn't check out any of the other hotel amenities, but be aware this is on a busy street, so there is quite a bit of road noise.

Entire hotel is in need of updating. Wallpaper peeling in my room, tile missing in bathroom, desk chair vinyl was cracked and peeling, upholstered chair stained. Back of refrigerator needed cleaned was full of dust and dresser drawers were dirty. Something had splashed on the front of it. Vent to heat/air conditioning needed cleaned!

Good evening, This hotel was the dirtiest, smelliest place I have ever seen. The manager has no people skills and the worst customer service I have ever experience in a hotel. The room smells dirty and the air conditioner was not working. The complimentary breakfast was very poor. " WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. " I only stay one night and cancel my second night. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
