"We stayed one night at the Sofitel London Gatwick before our flight, and it was a great choice. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to the airport terminal. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet included a great variety of delicious options. The only downside was the mattress. It was very soft, worn out, and had noticeable indentations, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Replacing the mattresses would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for its convenience."
