Couldn’t fault our stay

Absolutely fantastic stay. Staff were so attentive and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Room was great, very spacious, high standard and great amenities. For the price it was spot on, couldn’t fault a thing. Great location, right on the seafront. The bar was reasonably priced, considering the type of hotel. Would recommend and would return again. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely building and staff courteous. Overall calm atmosphere in a very busy hotel. Shower tray was not deep enough and flooded the bathroom floor; maintenance were sent to ‘fix’ problem, but no improvement made.

Top Class stay!

We had a fabulous stay at the Grand for our 40th wedding anniversary, the room was fabulous. Spotless, roomy, comfortable with a very large soaking tub in the bedroom. It also had a sea view and balcony (Pavilion room). The hotel arranged a bottle of champagne and card on arrival which was a lovely treat. We enjoyed breakfast in the conservatory with sea views and the food was delicious with a great choice. Our maitre,d was super attentive he was an Italian gentleman who’s name I can’t recollect. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful especially Laura who checked us in. The cocktails in the bar were very tasty. We will certainly be back. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Our room was very comfortable and quite big, nicely decorated and furnished. Bed was very comfortable and large. Barhroom again was very comfortable and modern. Overall our stay was very nice and we look forward to returning very soon.

A wonderful experience

We visited for a short couples break for a special occassion, we were greeted with complimentary chocolate and drinks. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, spacious and relaxing. Food was tasty and freshly prepared.
