Really welcoming staff at front desk, everything’s clean and tidy. My only issue would be the rooms are quite noisy, no airport or road noise, but lots of internal noise from flushing toilets / pipes overnight.

I didn't use the facilities. I found the room noisy,. I was a lone traveller and was placed in a room with an adjoining door which had a very noisy family. I had very little sleep which didn't help with my onward journey.

Loud music and rubbish in the room.

There was rubbish left in the room from the previous guest. Had to have an early night as had to be up at 3 for a flight. Room next door was playing music at an extremely loud level. Complained to the concierge team, stop for 5 mins then carried on. Went to reception and they said they sort it. Nothing happened, called concierge again and knocked on the room. In the end had to sort myself.

We had a lovely room which was spacious and felt special at the start of our holiday! Lovely staff on check in and general friendliness from all staff - one staff member stopped what they were doing to take us in the lift to show us where our room was. I had requested a room on a higher floor and away from the lifts and received a lovely email response. Our room was exactly what I had asked for and we heard no noise at all.

Very easy to find - if you’re flying into Gatwick and your flight is delayed, in the even that the car hire rental office is closed I would recommend the Hilton. Within walking distance of arrivals, departures and car rental with polite and efficient staff. Good job guys!
