It's a lovely hotel with great rooms, and it's very convenient for the airport but beware the room service. I ordered a sirloin steak which was as tough as old boots. The California Rose at ten pounds per glass was undrinkable (I'm from California, I know what's good and what's terrible). The chocolate tart was amazingly good. I tried to call room service to complain but couldn't get through. The meal cost $64 and was worth $10. Also, if you leave early for an early flight, the moving walkways are not turned on, so you have to walk the whole way. I would stay there again but would avoid the terrible, expensive room service.

I had an issue with the heat not working in my room. I called for maintenance and they responded timely to resolve the problem. They could not so they immediately moved me to another room. Excellent Service

It is always the most welcoming and comfortable of airport hotels we've yet to stay in. Clean, good sleeping, amenities aplenty! Perfect location between Terminals.

Veer nice location to airport terminal...so thankful i stayed at this location prior to early morning flight...however, both my wife and i didnt have a great nights sleep...we both woke up with some sort of allergic reaction...possibly the pillows?
