When checking in we were told they did not know of any hotels.com reward scheme, and we could not receive any benefits from the VIP gold as result. Parking was 29 a night with discount not the 22 advertised. Pool is significantly smaller than it looks in the photos and was often overcrowded. Someone in the room above us was vomiting the entire night and the noise kept our entire family awake for hours.

The hotel's staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel's location is amazing, with easy access to the beach, the lanes, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The rooms could do with decorating, and the breakfast could do with more fresh fruits and salad vegetables selection.

Older hotel but nice and comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Close to Brighton Pier with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Staff were very helpful, would definitely stay there again

Great value room, clean and tidy with all the amenities you could need. Only slight downside was it was an internal room, with the window looking onto the main foyer, so no natural light. But otherwise everything was perfect, check in was easy and all staff really friendly.
