"I feel like I was catfished because the pictures I now realize are heavily photoshopped. There was black mold in the bathroom, no extractor fan will do that. And the shower head was like something from the early 1900s. Also has the wrong shower controls because every time I moved I nudged the temperature as the shower was so tiny and I couldn't move without touching the walls. I feel royally ripped off."

"The fire alarm went off four times during the night. The first time was for 45 minutes even though there is onsite staff (who slept through the alarm). My bathroom had significant mold and mildew in both the shower and general bathroom area. The staff was nice but that didn’t make up for the other deficiencies."

"We had a nice time in Brighton but the hotel was not worth the price we paid. Room was small and really nothing special. The breakfast did not look like it did in the photo! No waffles, no fresh fruit except a few blueberries, pastries didn't seem fresh. Also had to pay a lot of money for parking miles away. All just a bit disappointing in relation to what we had hoped for."
