"We stayed at Paskins Townhouse, booked through Expedia. The arrival and check-in process was smooth and welcoming, however the condition of the room was very disappointing. On entering the room, it was clear it had not been properly cleaned or dusted for a long time. Surfaces appeared neglected and there was visible dust throughout. The curtains were in particularly poor condition, with clear mould and damp patches present. This was especially concerning as we were travelling with a child who has asthma. The presence of mould and damp made the room feel unsuitable and potentially unsafe for anyone with respiratory conditions. While the booking and arrival experience through Expedia and the hotel check-in itself were fine, the standard of cleanliness in the room fell far below what we expected. We hope this is addressed, as it significantly impacted our stay."

"The location was great since it is walking distance to the pier and restaurants. Please note, you will need to pay for street parking when you arrive. The accommodations are clean and look like the pictures. We tried to contact the staff during our stay but we never got a response. We tried to contact them via email and the scanned WhatsApp in the room, and no response. Please note, if you need something during your stay it is difficult to get a response from the staff. It would be helpful to have fans in the rooms."
