It was the worst stay in my life. It was really disappointing because I’ve always wanted to stay there. When it came to with the room, I kept calling the actual hotel. They kept hanging up on me and this happened about four times so I just booked it through Travelocity when we got there there was no one in the front desk we had to wait about 30 minutes and they still prioritized other people even though we were the first ones in line finally when we got to our room it was so dirty and disgusting. There was nasty things on the wall, the pictures and the chairs I did not feel comfortable with my kids staying there, and when I wanted to walk through with my children across the lobby, security stopped us and was being very rude. I will never stay in this hotel casino again.

Unfortunately, no one told me that they were doing remodeling and construction on the rooms on the floor that I was put on. At 8 o’clock both mornings that I was there they started chiseling and pounding on concrete and the noise was so bad. I had to leave the room. When I reported it to the front desk, they wouldn’t move me to another room, but they waived the resort fees to compensate for it. I would’ve rather paid the resort fees and been able to sleep in my room after 8 o’clock in the morning. It made the stay rather uncomfortable. I enjoyed the casino and the staff. But I would not return until the construction is completed or make sure that I was not put on the floor two doors down from rooms that were being remodeled.

Room smelled like pee as soon as we entered til the time of checkout. It was dusty, found a cheeto by the night stand. It looks like it hadnt been cleaned. Bed had an ant and got me paranoid for bed bugs, then some reviews said they got bit from bed bugs but a little over an hour of checking no signs thank god. Staff was helpful. Casino was ok. Saved money but wouldnt come back.

We were there the day before trying to check in, but the front desk clerk was playing around with the pricing on the internet while we standing in front of him. He said, "Sorry, We don't have that room at that price." We had to leave and, stay our first night at the Edgewater. It was a big hassle to leave and then return the next day to check in again. I was very unhappy with the heavyset guy in the front desk. He didn't want to work with us, nor wanting to accommodate us. He was trying to maximize gross on us, and acted like he was too busy for us. Next time we will take our reservations to Edgewater or Aquarius.

The hotel was very clean throughout, both in the main entrance and on the casino floor. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, where possible. The dealers were professional and engaging. The hotel room was clean and organized. The only challenge with the room was that the AC unit inside was very loud, louder than normal. It made it difficult to sleep. The other challenge with the room is that the hardwood floor would get slippery after someone took a shower. I think the steam from the shower made the floor slick. We had to be careful not to slip and fall. Over all it was a good place to stay, but I think I would ask for a room with a carpet.

Old mattress - not very comfortable. Nice towels. Room was adequate. Had a probkem w barking dog next door. Hotel did not resolve and after 40 minutes I requested a new room. The manager was not helpful and sonewgat dismissive. Poor customer service at best.
