Dream Villa

Welcome to Dream Villa,
This beautiful 4 bedroom villa with 3 full bathrooms is a beauty to behold. From pools ( but not heated) to loft and even a Waterfall this villa is a true dream come true. With an abundance of amenities to enjoy this villa will leave you with only happy memories. and those that resemble a daydream.
From the back yard, we have a Sofa lodge & even a mini golf course (putting green). We also have BBQs, a pool table as well as a family room, not to mention all bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
We even have a spectacular waterfall on the property which also provides access to a lovely little cave inside. This beautiful & clean waterfall even flows directly into the swimming pool.
So come out with your family and friends to DREAM VILLA for a time to remember like no other.

No Motorcycles are allowed on property

**PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**
There is an additional fee after the 8th guest of $20 per stay It will be charged through Vrbo when you book.
We allow up to 12 guests. But if you are more than 12 guests you need to let me know so that I can see if we can accommodate you.
But you must use the four sofa with pillows in it, and it is located in the loft.

**PLS NOTE:
Pets are allowed but with a maximum of 2 small to medium dogs. We charge a minimal pay of $50 per pet for the whole stay. You need to inform the owner if you will bring pets and how many as it is a per-pet charge. Failure to mention the pets before booking will lead to eviction.
**If a pet is a service pet please inform us in the messages and what type of service pet**and the documents will be show to the Property Manager that will be there to meet you.

The Villa is cleaned by the cleaning crew.
Pictures were taken before and after cleaning and were meticulously inspected by three managers on site.
We strive to ensure that our towels and bed sheets are washed and see to it that no stains.
IF there are any issues please tell us IMMEDIATELY upon check-in so we can address them in a timely and efficient manner.
***Just in case you arrive and you are not happy with the place, you are free to vacate the Villa immediately and move to the other place. We do not tolerate guests who fabricate lies just to have their payments discounted or to have a partial refund. We see to it that you arrive in a place that is well-described. We are so tired of the guests who stay and do not leave the place and complain. After staying the whole bookings. I usually don’t give bad reviews, but if you give me one, I give you one too.

Amazing Stay with an Amazing Host

Alyssa's home was absolutely stunning. It had all the amenities that we needed for our stay to make it a great trip. The house was clean and immaculate. When we came in. The communication with Alyssa was top-tier. She was always able to answer our requests and responses in a timely manner. I would recommend Alyssa's home to anyone who's looking to stay in a beautiful place in Las Vegas. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Bachelor party house!

Everything from check in to check out was awesome. Property manager lives nearby and was readily available for any issues that arose. Home was clean and even nicer than the pictures showed. Pool and backyard was very nice. Only odd part was the location, home was by far the nicest home on the street, neighbors homes are fairly run down but never had an issue with anyone. Thank you so much for the great weekend!!!

Nightmare Villa, Nothing dreamy about it…

The checkin process was easy then it all went downhill from there. The pictures fail to capture what you’re getting when you book this property. I wouldn’t stay here again Words are not enough to tell you everything wrong with this property! When we arrived we found out the listing was completely misrepresented. The twin beds that were listed in the rooms were actually hard massage tables and the double sofa beds that were listed in the loft was actually dirty plastic outdoor furniture w/ exposed metal screws that made it dangerous to sleep on. The property list a hot tub but we were saddened to found out it was non existent we planned a pool day but we’re unable to use the pool the bottom was covered in algae. The fire pit was a huge hazard and disaster waiting to happen as it was an uncapped gas line surrounded by bricks. The overall condition of the house was very unkept and looked like it hadn’t had a deep cleaning in decades. there were stains/splatters on the walls, the pots/pans/utensils looked like the were picked up at the thrift store and put straight in the cabinets without being cleaned. Several of the toilets had plumbing issues and there was a laundry list of cosmetic/safety hazards throughout the house. We took pictures because when we brought these things up to the host nothing was done instead the host was extremely defensive and we were called liars! VRBO was contacted We nor VRBO were able to find other accommodation due to several events that weekend
