The temperature of the bathroom water was too hot. Pool water was hot. The room telephone was not working. I was low rate that i was expected. Too much noise. I heard everything from our neighbors.

The ocean view from our room was spectacular. A/C worked well. We did have two days without hot water. One or two lights didn't work, but enough did. The staff was in all areas were excellent.

Perfect ocean and beach view, even on lower floors. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food was great. Not a single complaint.

Stayed here 4 years ago & it was great. Hotel has gone down hill. 2 large pools were drained & under construction for 10 of 14 days. Constantly had to ask for water, coffee, toilet paper, face cloths & Kleenex. Was told to refill my 2 water bottles on 3rd floor. Hotel needs maintenance… lock feel ...
