"Staff was no help when we booked 3 days but it was only showing 2 days so we had to pay another night and got half our money back due to the hot water heater not working so couldnt bath for a day to low water pressure and it being cold. They didnt bother to inform guests of having no hot water. A few things they have on property were either not working or barely working. Cheap shampoo and soap. Rooms need a major update as some stuff didnt work like lights. Missing remote and doors not wanting to open as easy. Other than that it was good. Pool and hot tub were great."

"The breakfast was subpar. The cereal tasted as if it was stale and left out for weeks. The bathroom was disgusting, holes in the wall with a shower curtain that couldn't close due to the curtain rod having been somewhat ripped from the wall itself. Also there were spiders in the bedroom and the room had a musty smell when entering. The beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable. The pillows themselves were very small and looked more like throw pillows you put on a couch rather than pillows you'd keep on a bed for sleeping."

"This is our go to place when in the Venice area while our house is being built. Love the two rooms so you can spread out a bit. Simple but solid free breakfast. Publix and a couple restaurants near by. For the rate, you can’t beat it!"
