Charming and completely furnished executive home in the stunning gated community, Lake Juliana Estates! The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When you enter you are greeted by mosaic tile flooring that opens to the large family entertainment room with plenty to keep your family engaged throughout your stay. Then continue to the Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets with tiled backsplash overlooking the dining/family room combo. The master bedroom has an on suite with dual sinks and Jacuzzi tub.
Vacationers have access to the large outdoor pool, tennis courts, play ground and boat launch as this gated community is located on two spring fed lakes, Tennessee, and Juliana.
This property is centrally located to both Tampa and Orlando, just a short drive to restaurants, shopping and theme parks.
