All guests are required to follow the Town of Truckee regulations for short term rentals including limits on occupancy & parked cars, trash, and noise. These regulations apply to all short term rentals in Truckee. The Town of Truckee assesses fines for violation of the regulations at $1500 per day for the first violation, $3000 per day for the second violation and $5000 per day for the third violation
