"The Inn was very clean and attractive. Our Handicap room was great and shower easily Accessible and clean. Our only complaint Was the stairs and the 2 and 1/2 stairs to Climb for breakfast. Location was perfect And staff were helpful and great !"

"My room was clean and well maintained. It seems they are going through an upcoming renovation based on how things looked, so I imagine some other rooms may be worse for the wear. The included breakfast was typical of a business hotel breakfast and I was glad to have it. The front desk folks were very very helpful with my early arrival and storing my bike, I very much appreciate it. The location is on the edge of downtown Hartford. It was an easy walk to downtown but on a Sunday downtown is not all that active and many places are closed."
