Wonderful south side pool home in great neighborhood. 3 bedrooms/2 baths, with an indoor laundry room. California King bed and 50'' flat screen TV in the master suite. Vaulted ceilings, tile flooring throughout, huge sectional and a 56'' flat screen TV in living room. Open floor plan with large dinning area and breakfast bar. 2 car garage with boat parking available outside. Lots of additional side parking; bring your toys. Near shopping, restaurants, just a few minutes from Sara Park, and less than 10 miles to Lake Havasu State Park.

We want to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB

We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.

We strongly recommend booking and requesting in advance to ensure all requested amenities, including hot tub heating, Pool are available for the duration of your stay. Please understand that heating is an additional cost and varies per house.

Great Little get of way home.

It was a nice lovely home for my birthday day weekend. The agent Tanya was super helpful and accessible the whole time. Great place to get away from the big city. The house was nice and welcoming. Comfy beds, awesome natural lighting that shines through the windows during the day. Can't forget the pool which was a life saver for the heat and relaxing factor.
