Omg. There’s tons of kids unsupervised… running and screaming at the top of their lungs. You would think this is a preschool nursery playground.

I would like to say on negative issue I had...and that there was NO fridge/microwave in the room Very disappointed with that. Almost 5 star Hotel/Spa and no fridge/microwave...and $200 a night. But otherwise very nice.

Our room was infested with small bugs. I’ve never seen anything like them. Staff said it was because they were undergoing renovations, which made no sense to me. The staff was very pleasant, the room was very scary
