"Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, the housekeeping was flawless and really flexible around our requirements. The food (room service and restaurants) was delicious and the roof top restaurant / bar had a great atmosphere for either dinner or end of the night drinks. My only disappointment was that the pool never had sun, it was fully in the shade all day everyday. Also, we paid for a city skyline view room, the view was breathtaking, however due to the development and intense work site noise happening on the road facing us, it wasn’t hugely enjoyable sitting on the balcony. "

"Stayed here during my birthday week, and it was such a wonderful experience! The hotel was beautifully put together — every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Breakfast each morning was super fresh and absolutely delicious — easily one of the highlights of the stay. And don’t even get me started on the fresh-squeezed juices — they were perfection! The only small downside was that our room was on the 41st floor, and we could hear the club music every night. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, a fantastic stay that made my birthday week even more special. Would definitely come back!"
