Amazing service. Staffs were very friendly and rooms were very clean. Location was perfect, it’s very close to burj Khalifa.

I’m a traveller and always stay in different hotels. My family had a great time staying at Shangrila Dubai for 4 nights. You’re the best ! Excellent Service by staff, the room is clean, complete amenities, breakfast buffet is excellent and a warm smile, very attentive and excellent service by staff Imie and Sarath. I would love to stay here again in my next visit to Dubai. Thank you very much. Best regards.

Stayed for a week at the Shangri-La; excellent hotel and location, great amenities, very helpful and courteous staff. Close to the Metro Train so easy to get around. Not a budget hotel, so you pay for what you get - but well worth it. Will stay again.
