"The man who runs the hotel was very polite and nice. However, the room was not clean at all. The floors were dirty, the baseboards were all full of dust and the room smelled like cigarettes as soon as I walked in. I wore socks the entire I was in the room and when I checked the next morning they were literally black due to the floors not being properly cleaned. I thought with other decent reviews the rooms were going to be somewhat fine but that wasn’t the case which was sad. We were only there for a night & I know it was across from the hospital but I was at least expecting it to be room ready for the amount that was paid for less than 24 hours in a room. "

"The Omni hotel is excellent- the staff are all super friendly and helpful - The receptionist Prime was particularly friendly, sweet and helpful to us - a really great receptionist to have on the front desk:0) and Charlie was great too and helped us out with our cases. The rooms are quiet, beds comfortable and it has a lovely atmosphere. Thank you! "
