Guest Access

We want you to feel completely at home during your stay! We give our guests privacy, but we’re always just a message away if you need anything.

You can reach us through the app at any time, and we’ll respond quickly to help with questions, recommendations, or any issues that come up.

We won’t be on-site during your stay, but we do have local support available if something requires in-person assistance.

• Expect occasional wildlife sightings, deer, owls, and foxes are part of the natural charm.
• This is a true yurt experience: windows have screens but are not fully sealed like a standard house, so some outdoor noise may carry, If you’re a light sleeper we recommend bringing earplugs.
• Mini split AC keeps the space cool, though summer temperatures may feel warmer.
• The property uses well water, it may have a slight yellow tint or light sulfur smell but is completely safe.
• This property includes stairways and multiple furnished living areas that may pose a risk for children. The home is thoughtfully decorated and contains furniture, décor, and area rugs typical of a lived in space. If you are traveling with children please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs and furnished areas. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for their children’s safety during their stay.

Nature & Environment
Welcome to sunny Florida! With our beautiful weather and lush greenery comes humidity, and yes, bugs. This is completely natural and very common. Our property is professionally treated for pests, but you may still encounter them outdoors. We recommend packing sunscreen and bug spray for your comfort.

Pet Policy
-Maximum: 2 dogs allowed (NO cats).
-All pets must be disclosed and approved during the booking process so we can ensure the space can comfortably and safely accommodate them.
-Pet Fee: $65 per pet - per stay (must be paid before check-in via the Resolution Center).
-Non-Refundable: The pet fee applies for the entire stay and is non-refundable.
-Failure to disclose pets may result in cancellation or additional charges.

Parking Information
You will be assigned a designated parking area. Please park only in the assigned spaces to keep the property organized and accessible for everyone.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In Time 4:00PM - Check-Out Time 10:00AM.

Check-in Requirements:
-The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property (no third-party bookings unless approved in writing). After booking, a photo ID must be sent via message to receive check-in details.

-Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request (subject to availability, not guaranteed). Please request at least 48 hours in advance.

-Requests made less than 24 hours before check-out will be denied.

-Late checkout without prior approval will result in a $100 fee (we need to give cleaners enough time to prepare the home for the next guests).

Reservation Changes
-Changes to reservations are not accepted within 30 days of check-in, except for extensions.
-We cannot shorten stays or move dates closer to check-in. If you cannot make your reserved dates, please cancel as soon as possible.

Guest Limits
-Standard occupancy: 5 guests.
-Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight unless approved in writing.

Smoking and Substance Policy
Absolutely no smoking or drugs are allowed inside the home. Any smell or evidence of smoking indoors will result in a minimum $600 cleaning fee.

Events and Noise
-No parties or events are allowed.
-Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during this time.
-No fireworks of any kind.
-No firearms on the property unless kept locked in your vehicle.

Home Etiquette and Safety
-Please note this house has stairs.

-All trash must be placed inside the provided bins. Leaving trash outside the bins will result in a $100 fine.
-This is a true yurt experience: windows have screens but are not fully sealed like a standard house, so some outdoor noise may carry, If you’re a light sleeper we recommend bringing earplugs.
-Please wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible to keep the home clean.
-No food or drinks are allowed inside the bedrooms.
-Use the hammock at your own risk.
-Decorative items are not for use, removal or damage will result in a fine.
-Follow any additional guidelines posted within the home.
-Dispose of trash properly before departure and report any damages immediately.
-This property includes stairways and multiple furnished living areas that may pose a risk for children. The home is thoughtfully decorated and contains furniture, décor, and area rugs typical of a lived in space. If you are traveling with children please supervise them at all times, especially around stairs and furnished areas. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for their children’s safety during their stay.
