Please Note: Strictly no drug and booze parties.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. My Cleaning staff are scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 a.m. Guests who delay checkout will be charged for additional cleaning staff time and compensation.
Garbage Disposal: Empty all kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom garbage bins. Dispose of garbage and recycling in their respective bins located on the side walkway of the house.
Early Checkout Notification: If you plan to check out earlier than the scheduled date and time, please notify us in advance so we can ensure the house's safety and security.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Strictly No Booze parties, No drugs, and smoking on the premises, in case of violation $1000 will be charged for extra cleaning and removing the smell
Laundry Access: The washer and Dryer facility is only available for more than 7-night stay. Guests need to bring their laundry detergents.
