WiFi, Amazon Prime TV/DVD, full laundry, parking. No smoking please. 7 mi from NSWC Naval Base, 30 min from Fredericksburg. Very clean, sunny, everything in excellent shape.
If you are passing by or working at the nearby Navy Base or other businesses, this is a more comfortable and less expensive alternative to an hotel. Welcome, and enjoy your stay!

Alexander was an excellent host. The location was convenient to the military base, and it was very quiet. The camper was very comfortable, and our host had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place and our lovely host. We definitely will be back.

RV Getaway
Alexander and Tanya have a wonderful getaway with all kinds of things to do in a short drive. The RV was well-kept and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the four nights we stayed and would do it again when available. Thank you, Alexander, for your hospitality. Guy and Lisa.
