The front desk staff have attitudes like they don’t won’t to work there and if you are a Hilton honors member they should allows members late check out or have slots reserved for Hilton members for late checkouts .

This property has a gate and you have to get a ticket to come to the lobby. I suppose it was meant to defer parking for patrons of nearby businesses, but it is the first time that I have seen it for a major hotel chain. Also, there was noise from the elevated rapid every hour that I could hear inside my room #422, which was spacious in every way.

This was worst stay I have ever had in all my years of staying at a hotel. My first night I could not sleep because I kept feeling something biting my neck. I would get up turn the light on but did not see anything. The second night I stayed I could not sleep because something kept biting my neck I woke up and turn the light on and there was a bed bug. It bit my neck, face, left upper arm and my left buttock. This happened around 2:45am. I called the front desk and they sent their security man to my room and he took a picture of the bed bug. My wife and I slept in the sofa until morning waiting for hotel manager and he did not seem to empathetic to my injuries.
