I needed to cancel my flight and couldn't get through to you. I will be contacting you regarding this in the near future.

Frankfurt airport was less than efficient. Disembarked by ramp to bus to terminal and then I walked a bit to my connecting flight.

Mar 14, 2020

The airport was empty so everything went very smoothly. Unfortunately, this was all due to the coronavirus situation.

Mar 13, 2020

I was sent a text message 24 after starting my vacation that my return flight was cancelled. Every time I tried to call it was a wait or a fight to get a resolution. It was handled poorly from beginning to end

Mar 8, 2020

There was a spike in coronavirus cases in Germany. I didn't want to fly there for fear that entering the United States I might be quarantined. I booked a flight on United Airlines from London to Newark and did not travel with Lufthansa.

The flight to Florida, USA didn’t have a tv, or spot for charging. Had to use someone else’s.. WiFi didn’t work and plane didn’t arrive until around 3 hours after arrival time in Tampa. Flight home to Gothenburg stuck on runway for 2 hours due to drone flying around Frankfurt. Passenger not given specific reasons or details. No air in the plane and flight didn’t get into Gothenburg until over 3 hours after which made passenger lose train tickets home. Total travel time 26 hours from TIA to Jönköping Sweden. This is the 2nd time we have had major issues with Lufthansa and there airlines. For such high standards they don’t apply them and passengers are not treated kindly or keep a professional manner. If a drone is flying and there is a risk that involves police to come investigate and shut down an entire main airport why wouldn’t you safely transport passenger back to terminal. This entire experience was horrible.

Staff member could have been more polite when I had to use the rest room. I hadn't noticed the seat belt sign, but also had a problem that required me to leave my seat. He was rude, rather than politely asking me to return to my seat.

I flew into Tunisia with the same amount of luggage as my flight back. On my way back I was charged a $100 fee which I was not expecting.
