Everything was good however I have one recommendation and that is to not have the door keys stop working at exactly 10 o’clock because some people could be packing their vehicle and may need to get back into the room.

Really wanted to like it. Really disappointed.

The short of the long of it is...Checked in and had my kids drop me off (they were going back to Busch Gardens). The room ended up being dirty. Things happen. I wasnt super upset about it just wanted a clean room. The way the staff handled it was awful. My portion of the trip was ruined. I checked in around 7:30. By time everything got settled, it was almost 9:30. I finally got to order door dash and eat after 10. My husband got back around 10:15 He came back to a crying frusterated wife. He tried calling and speaking to the manager about what all had happen and was put on hold for almost an hour. The whole thing was terrible. For being under new management, Im seriously disappointed. We do a ton of traveling and have a lot of family that come in to stay. The location and rooms would hav ebeen perfect for them. I will give them credit that the new housekeeping manager called me today to say how sorry she was that the room was dirty. I really appreciated that. Would have been great if we would have actually got a call from the hospitality manager.

I recently stayed at Vacation Village for a one-night trip to attend Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens. While it wasn't my usual go-to hotel, I was happy with the ground-level room, easy parking, and proximity to shopping centers. The room was clean and well-maintained. However, I did encounter some unwanted pests in my room, which I reported to guest relations before checking out so they could take care of it. In comparison to my previous stay at Hilton's Greensprings, this room was smaller and lacked a laundry unit. That being said, the location was convenient, about 20 minutes from Busch Gardens. Overall, I'd recommend reading reviews and weighing the pros and cons for yourself. While it wasn't a bad stay, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Perhaps due to the short stay or different amenities. Either way, I hope they address the pest issue to ensure a better experience for future guests.
