I liked the two bedroom for the money. However, it smelled old and musty. Someone had also had onions in the building we were in and the smell was SO strong. The beds are very hard. You can tell the property hasn’t been updated in a while.

The property overall was good. It’s easy to get to it. There’s tons of food options in the area. There is some room for improvement. The beds were okay could be better. The internet access was horrible. I had class two of the days while on vacation but I was unable to for one of the two days because of the internet access. This needs to be improved. The rooms are outdated, they could use an upgrade, there should be washers and dryers in all units instead of shared between units like it is with most properties. Also maybe add a few more activities to the resort too that aren’t so much of a cost. Other than that, I like Vacation Village Williamsburg

Staff was kind upon arrival. Toilet flooded and soaked carpet floor in entrance way. No follow up to fix. Loud children running and thumping all day and night. Ringing our door bell. No shower curtain. All of these were accommodations that could have been resolved. However, evening staff, was rude and evasive with us just for asking them to follow thru with repair and noise courtesy request that were made the first day we arrived.

Staff was very friendly but the rooms were outdated and we had to deal with spiders and spiders web in the rooms. We had to call housekeeping to come clean the room because the staff said they were not able to give us a new room.

Clean accommodations, easy parking, nice pools and convenient location. Staff was great, there was an issue with the A/C and they made fast repairs with no further problems.
