1st room they tried to put us in smelled like cigarette smoke. When I called to complain, they immediately asked if we wanted housekeeping to come!? Like really? What are they going to do besides spray air freshener. They did eventually move us. The next room was better, but still not great. Very dated furniture and bathroom fixtures. The tub was stained from the water. Then, Saturday morning, the free WiFi went out, and was out all day. Which was problematic for us, as the couple that we were traveling with needed it for work. There was hardly any cell reception at the resort.

For our family of (5) this was so much better than a single hotel room, yet comparable in price. Stocked kitchen was appreciated. Beautiful grounds and quiet. An easy 10min drive to most anything including Colonial Williamsburg & Busch Gardens. Highly recommend a massage at The Spa. We will stay here again!

We did not realize when we booked this that it was going to be a 2 BR 2 BA condo. Hotels.com just called it a suite but it’s so much more. Such a nice place to stay! Our unit was super clean and comfortable. The only thing we wish it had was a smart TV. But super nice place and the price was great! Cheaper than a hotel.

The unit was outdated but generally clean. We had extremely noisy neighbors upstairs partying with loud music until 6am both nights, security spoke to them but they still continued shortly after. The kitchen could use some more cooking utensils.

Don’t bother talking to the manager …rude!
Everything was fine except at checkin. I put a Deposit but they insisted it wasn’t charged but just a hold even though my receipt from hotels.com stated paid. What could we do? I had 2 young grandchildren and we had a 6 hour drive. So I had to pay it. In addition the manager was EXTREMELY rude!!

So so
Overall not a bad resort but this is the second time that maid staff barged into our condo the first time the maid came into our condo for no reason as we extended our stay and had already had our keys remade at the front desk then on our check out day they were banging on our door an hour and a half before check out time ntm we are platinum so we are supposed to have a late checkout which they never honored once
