The fireplace did not work. They offered to send a maintenance guy, but there were three orders before us. Therefore, they wouldn’t have come to the room until very late at night. There were no sheets/pillow for the sofa bed, so we had to wait for them to bring a set. The jacuzzi was ice cold! Hot water came out of the faucet for about three minutes, then turned ice cold. I prefer my jacuzzis hot. I couldn’t even use it because the tub didn’t fill enough to put the jets on (unless, of course, I wanted an ice bath.). My key card envelope stated check out was at 12:00 Nopn (VIP check out), yet I received a text stating we had to check out at 10:00. The text message had a link to check out. When I went to the link, the reservation number, price (which was lower than what I had actually paid) and the credit card company and number were not mine! So, I’d have to say our experience was poor. I can’t say I’d recommend it. When I asked to speak to the manager (it was a little after 9:00 am when I phoned the front desk), I was informed there were no managers to speak to as he (Alex) would not arrive until approximately 11:30. So no one could help me. I can’t say I’d recommend this place. Perhaps someone can phone me to discuss these issues.
