Very spacious, basically an apartment. There's a washing machine and dryer shared between two units. Parking is right in front on the entrance, no long walks down hallways with your luggage. Our unit had two bathrooms with showers and a jetted tub. Kitchen is furnished but with a portable two heater range. No conventional oven, there is a microwave and full size fridge with icemaker. We were there during a slow week and our stay was a great value for the cost.

I actually own out this resort, but I booked it through Travelocity this time. The stay was great! Quite area and easy to get to a lot of the main attractions. Busch Gardens was only about 25-30 minutes drive from the resort.

The check in staff could be a bit more friendly. The concierge desk staff was very friendly. We asked and recieved a late checkout, however the cleaning staff still showed up at the original checkout time. Communication on adjusted checkout times may need some improvement.

Check in process was quick and easy. The staff were great. The unit was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was excellent. My kids really enjoyed it. Great quiet place only 10 to 15 minutes away from Busch Gardens, Williamsburg, which me and my family frequent often will definitely be coming back to this place.

The room we didn’t have hot water on the first night and when it did you had to take a quick shower. The room and walking to the unit it smell like gas had to air the room out. The master bed room wasn’t full clean things underneath the bed had to clean up quickly because we had a baby that was crawling everywhere, we had to ask for sheet and blankets because the master bedroom was stained up. Someone came into our room without our knowledge we were gone bc the room was still smelling like gas little bit. We found out the gas smell was coming from the fireplace we couldn’t fully cut it off. Staff was lovely . We just had an issue with the room. We told front desk about gas smell and our unit and it was told to us that they will tell housekeeping and maintenance

Though the amount of space in the unit was great for the price, we would not return for another stay. The unit was clean but overall below the standard we anticipated. Also, the guests staying in the unit below us played loud music late into the night and the smell of pot and vapes permeated into our unit.
