"Cleaning lady was rude. When I check in I noticed no bath towels. The lady was cleaning the room next door so I asked her to bring them to my room. She said why don't you bring them? I was on my way to the pool . I said please bring the towels to my room. She muttered something and never delivered them. Later that evening I went to the front desk and she had the towels delivered. "
